Meet Doughy Parton, the heart and soul of our sourdough! She’s vibrant, and full of life, bringing depth and character to every loaf we bake. Like a true legend, she’s fed daily with care, thriving on a simple mix of flour and pure mountain water to develop her signature tangy, complex flavor.
Our process is slow and intentional—because great bread deserves patience. Each batch starts with Doughy Parton’s lively culture, naturally fermenting over hours to build flavor and strength. We hand-mix, fold, and shape our dough with precision, allowing time for fermentation to work its magic. After a long, cold proof, the loaves are baked to golden perfection, their crackling crusts and airy crumbs telling the story of time and care.
